1.Open your termianl by ctrl+alt+t.
2. Create new repository configuration file in your /etc folder with this code:
sudo sh -c ‘echo “deb http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt $(lsb_release -cs)-pgdg main” > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pgdg.list’
3.Install the latest version of PostgreSQL:
sudo apt-get -y install postgresql
