What is hardware acceleration?
Hardware acceleration is a component in the browser that essentially uses your graphics card to enhance the performance of the browser.
1. This component helps improve the browser’s performance by enhancing certain graphical tasks and making video playback smoother.
2. It also allows the CPU to work more efficiently by reducing the workload on the processor.
3. In modern processors, this component can lead to energy savings for your computer’s power consumption.
